Contact teacher

My name is Florina Serbu and I am History teacher at Eforie Nord Secondary School. Eforie Nord is a small town on the Romanian Black Sea coast.

During my professional life I observed that teachers and students are interested and attracted by activities which are not very usual in their daily life. IT projects are part of this kind of activies, and that's why I trust the succes of the "Spring Day in Europe" project.

The second reason that makes me to look with optimism this project is the actual political situation of Romania, which waits to be admitted in the EU. The media, the politicians, younger and older people are very interested in all that concernes this topic. That's why I believe that students and teachers will be interested in the project. They will organize debates and different actions, make displays, speak and write about the European Union. Now it is important to listen to the young generation's opinion and the "Spring Day in Europe" offers an excellent frame for that.
